Case Reports
Irish Law Reports Monthly - with full archive dating back to 1976. The Irish Law Reports Monthly (I.L.R.M.) supplies the majority of judgments emanating from the Superior Courts in Ireland. It contains full text law reports with headnotes.
Employment Law Reports - with full archive dating back to 1990. The Employment Law Reports (E.L.R.) is devoted exclusively to employment and trade union law. It is the only source of access to determinations of the Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Labour Court and recommendations from equality officers. The Employment Law Reports also report judgments from the High Court and Supreme Court. It is the only law report to include District Court and Circuit Court judgments.
